I cannot say enough about Mary Anne and Tender Beginnings. I have experienced 2 beautiful, healthy and safe home births with her now. Mary Anne's expertise, calming presence, and medical knowledge is what sets her apart. She was in the "zone" with each of my labors - charting, checking, documenting, and noting every little detail. You can tell she was created to do this! I would chose her again and again hands down! It was a beautiful and emotional experience, and I felt completely safe and cared for in her hands.

Mary Anne was a God send for the pregnancy and birth of our long awaited second child. We appreciated her extensive expertise and experience combined with her nurturing nature . Her thoroughness in educating us in order to make informed decisions regarding the birth of our child was extremely valuable. Mary Anne’s familiarity with the medical world and their respectful regard of her proved to be crucial when our little guy refused to leave the comfort of my womb and we were required to go to the hospital. Despite not being able to have a homebirth, I was able to have a natural birth under all the conditions we had previously decided upon.

We loved Mary Anne and all the wonderful staff at Tender Beginnings. She did a remarkable job with my two home births, I felt very well taken care of and safe under her watchful eye. She is helpful, nurturing, knowledgable, and attentive. She handled an emergent situation after one of my births with great expertise. I would recommend her to anyone, and would love to have her help again. She is great at hearing needs and doing her best to fulfill wishes of her patients through the birthing experience. Her staff are all trained so well and they worked as a team and really made the entire process so peaceful. So thankful for them!
Mary Anne and her staff is absolutely incredible. I have nothing but love for her and her staff! We have had 2 home births with them and both were great peaceful births and we are so happy that we chose Mary Anne as our midwife both times. She is professional and cares a lot about her clients. I always looked forward to our prenatal appointments, she takes time to really listen and I never felt rushed.
